Quotes and scope

These terms apply to services provided by DestinyBridge Educational Consulting Limited. Every project starts with a written quote setting out the agreed outputs, delivery dates, included feedback rounds and total fee. If your quote says something different from these terms, the quote applies.

Prices published on this website are starting points. The fee in your written quote is the amount you pay for the agreed scope. Work outside that scope, such as new questions, replacement data or additional documents, is quoted separately before it starts.

A quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent unless it states otherwise.

Payment

• Deposit: 50% of the quoted fee is paid before work begins. Work is scheduled once the deposit is received.
• Balance: the remaining 50% is paid before the final files are released. Before paying the balance, you can review a preview or summary of the completed outputs.
• Currency: fees are charged in Ghana cedis (GHS) unless your quote states another currency.
• How to pay: pay online by card or Mobile Money on our payment page, or by another method stated on your invoice. Please include your quote or invoice reference so we can match your payment.

If the balance is still unpaid 30 days after we share the preview, we will remind you, and may then close the project. The deposit is kept towards the work completed, and the final files are released if you pay the balance later.

Only pay an amount we have confirmed in writing. We will never ask for your card number, card PIN or Mobile Money PIN.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

• Before work begins: we refund everything you have paid, in full.
• After work has begun: we refund what you have paid, minus the value of the work completed up to the date you cancel. We value the completed work against the agreed quote and send you a written breakdown. The completed work is handed over to you. If its value is more than you have paid, the difference is due before it is handed over.
• If we cannot complete the work: if we cancel, or cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the fee for any work not delivered.

Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. We aim to process an agreed refund within 10 working days. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or Mobile Money provider.

Feedback and revisions

Your quote states how many feedback rounds are included. A round is one combined set of comments on the agreed outputs.

Please send feedback, or tell us about any error in the delivered work, within 14 days of delivery. We correct errors in the agreed work at no extra cost. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Timelines and delays

Delivery dates in your quote assume we receive the deposit, files and information we need when agreed. If these arrive late or change significantly, we will agree a revised date with you. We will tell you promptly if anything on our side affects the agreed timeline.

If we are waiting for information, files or feedback from you and do not hear back for 30 days, we will let you know that the project is paused. If there is still no reply 60 days after that, we may close the project and handle it as a cancellation.

Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extended power or internet outages, serious illness or natural disasters. If this happens, we will tell you promptly and agree a new date. If the delay becomes unreasonable, either of us can cancel under the cancellation terms above.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your project and the files you share.
• Make sure you have the right to share any data with us, including any required ethics approval, participant consent or institutional permission.
• For academic work, follow your institution's rules. You remain responsible for authorship; we do not write or submit assessed work on your behalf.

Ownership and confidentiality

Once the fee is paid in full, the final deliverables prepared for you belong to you. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, templates and know-how, which do not contain your information.

We treat your project information as confidential. We will not use your work or name as an example without your written permission. How project files are shared, stored and deleted is agreed for each project; see Privacy and data handling.

Our responsibility

We carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. Our analysis, advice and training support your decisions; the decisions you make using them remain yours. Our total responsibility for a project is limited to the fee paid for that project, except where the law does not allow this limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
