Starting prices apply to an agreed scope. Your written quote confirms the deliverables, timeline, included feedback rounds, and total fee before work begins.

Agree the handover before work begins
Choose the right preparation service
Cleaning corrects data issues. Renaming makes variables understandable. Integration links files. The full preparation package combines the agreed steps in one scope, so overlapping work is priced once.
Confirm the outputs and fee
Your quote identifies the files and variables covered, analysis questions, output formats, included feedback rounds, and payment terms. Extra files, new analyses, or a changed brief are agreed before additional work starts.
Plan the delivery
We agree dates after reviewing the brief. Delivery starts after scope approval and receipt of the required files and any agreed initial payment. The schedule allows for your feedback; missing inputs or scope changes may affect those dates.
A feedback round is one combined set of comments on the agreed outputs. The quote states how many rounds are included; new questions, replacement data, or additional documents are scoped separately.
- Prices are starting points. Final pricing depends on dataset size, number of variables, and project complexity, always confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Initial project scoping conversations are free. Ongoing advisory support is charged separately, at Research Advisory rates.
- Combined packages (for example questionnaire review plus full data preparation) are available at a bundled rate on request.
- A deposit may be requested before work begins on larger projects.
