This website is operated by DestinyBridge Educational Consulting Limited. The quote form asks for your name, email address, service of interest and a description of your project. Phone number and organisation are optional.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel, including your contact details and the content of your message.

The website enquiry form does not accept file uploads. You can ask about a project without sending information that identifies research participants, students or other people.

How enquiry information is used

Your enquiry information helps us respond to you, understand the support you need, discuss scope and timing, and prepare a quote. If you proceed, it also helps us arrange the work and communicate with you about the project.

Services supporting the website

The website uses the following external services. Their policies explain how they process information through their own infrastructure, including any processing outside Ghana.

Form delivery: Web3Forms

When you submit the quote form, your browser sends the entered fields to Web3Forms for delivery to our enquiry inbox. Web3Forms also operates security and spam checks. Its privacy policy describes its processing, service providers and retention arrangements.

Online payments: Paystack

If you pay an invoice online, the payment page is operated by Paystack. You enter your payment details, name, email address, phone number and invoice reference on Paystack's checkout, not on this website. We receive the payment confirmation, amount, reference and contact details you provide, but never your full card number or PIN. See Paystack's privacy policy.

Website delivery and security: Cloudflare

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Serving a page involves technical request information, including your IP address and browser request information. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it processes this information.

Page views and performance: Cloudflare Web Analytics

The site loads Cloudflare Web Analytics to help us understand page views and loading performance. Cloudflare describes its Web Analytics service as not collecting or using visitors' personal data. Its Web Analytics documentation explains the service.

Website fonts: Google Fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to request the font files, which gives Google your IP address and technical request information. See Google's privacy policy.

Links to other services

WhatsApp, YouTube and LinkedIn links open those services directly. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them: WhatsApp, Google, including YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Your browser preferences

If you use the colour-theme switch, this website stores your light or dark preference in your browser's local storage. That preference is used on later visits and is not included in enquiry submissions. You can remove it by clearing this website's stored data in your browser.

Until you choose a theme, the site follows your device's colour preference.

Research and client files

Website enquiries and project datasets need different handling. Before data work starts, file-transfer, access and retention arrangements are agreed directly for the project.

During scoping, tell us whether your files contain personal or sensitive information, whether participant identifiers can be removed, and whether your institution or research approval sets conditions on sharing or storage. Describe those conditions without including the underlying personal information.

The project arrangements should identify the transfer method, who needs access, the storage requirements, and how files will be returned or deleted. Confirm those details before sending your files.

Retention and data requests

Contact us to ask about retention of a particular enquiry or correspondence record. Web3Forms' own retention arrangements are described in its privacy policy; client-file retention and deletion are agreed as part of the project arrangements.

You can also ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Where possible, use the email address you used for your enquiry and describe the information or request you want us to review.
