A feedback round is one combined set of comments on the agreed outputs. The quote states how many rounds are included; new questions, replacement data, or additional documents are scoped separately.
- Final pricing depends on the curriculum or platform scope, participant numbers, preparation needs, and engagement duration, always confirmed in writing before work begins.
- Combined packages (for example curriculum review plus staff training) are available at a bundled rate on request.
- Training delivered outside Greater Accra may include travel and accommodation costs, itemised in the quote.
- Items marked On request are scoped individually, because their cost depends on the institution's size and the length of the engagement. Tell us what you need and you get a firm figure before anything starts.
- A deposit may be requested before work begins on larger projects.

What a training day covers
The published day rates are guides. Your quote states whether the fee covers an individual or the whole group, the participant count, and the teaching hours that make up a day.
Materials and other costs
Your quote confirms preparation and participant materials, and states whether travel, accommodation, venue, equipment, and software licences are included or separately payable.
Schedule and feedback
Your quote records the outputs, milestones, required materials, delivery dates, and included feedback rounds. Delivery starts after scope approval and receipt of the required materials and any agreed initial payment. It also sets out payment terms and how changes to the scope are handled.
