Before you get in touch
A few practical answers to help you plan your enquiry.
Is the first scoping conversation free?
Yes. The initial scoping conversation is free and carries no obligation to proceed. We reply to most enquiries within two working days.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Tell us your goal, project stage, required outputs, and preferred deadline. For data work, include approximate row and variable counts, file formats, and known issues. For advisory or training, describe the material to review or the learning goals and participants.
Keep identifying participant, student, or client data out of the form. We agree how project files will be shared after scoping and treat project information confidentially.
How are the price and delivery arrangements agreed?
Prices marked “From” are starting points. The final price depends on the scope and is confirmed in writing before work begins. Your quote records the outputs, delivery method, dates, and payment terms agreed for your project.
Once a quote is agreed, you can pay the invoice online by card or Mobile Money on our payment page.
How long does data cleaning take?
As a guide, small, well-structured survey datasets usually take 1–2 working days, medium datasets 3–5 working days, and large or multi-file datasets 1–2 weeks. We confirm the timeline after reviewing the data, before work begins.
Are revisions included?
Your quote states how many feedback rounds are included. A round is one combined set of comments on the agreed outputs. New questions, replacement data, or additional documents are scoped separately.
Can you help with assessed academic work?
We advise, review, train, and support analysis and editing within your institution's rules. You remain responsible for authorship; we do not write or submit assessed work on your behalf.
